Hey legends! We're Billie Jo, the crew behind handcrafted, ocean-inspired jewellery, and we're on the lookout for an eCommerce Warehouse & Administration Assistant to jump on board. This is a casual gig, offering 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements
• Preparing orders and products for dispatch
• Organizing, preparing, and dispatching wholesale orders (Australian + International)
• Processing customer returns
• Complete regular stock-takes
• Customer service emails
• Provide support to the office team with administrative tasks
• Count and check stock deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt into the warehouse system
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
• Administration duties

Who you are:

• Previous pick/packer experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Experience in Shopify also highly desirable, but not essential
• High attention to detail.
• A willingness to take ownership of the role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Sound computer skills.
• Extremely organized and able to multitask.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
