WHERE WILL MY ORDERS SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from our Australian headquarters in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Yes, we offer International shipping for a flat rate of $15 for standard delivery or $30 for express post. Please keep in mind all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

The prices quoted on our website do not include local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. As the receiver, you are responsible for any duties and taxes charged by your country. Billie Jo is not liable for these costs.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information. All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post and can be tracked via their website.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm AEST during business days. For shipping time frames with Australia post, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

Please note, due to COVID-19 and social distancing measures, Australia Post are not guaranteeing next day delivery with Express shipping. Please be sure to check the Australia Post website for the most up to date information regarding time frames.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for sale or promotional items unless deemed faulty. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the Billie Jo headquarters within 30 of purchasing. You will be offered an exchange or a store credit. The credit note is available to be used online. To ensure you are eligible for a return, all items must be returned to us in the original packaging.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to alter, change or cancel it.

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ONLINE?

A discount code can be applied at the ‘payment’ stage of your order. Enter the code in the ‘Discount code’ panel and click Apply. The discount amount will then be deducted from the order total. Please note, discounts do not apply to postage costs. Only one discount code is valid per order.

WHAT CAN I DO IF AN ITEM I LIKE IS SOLD OUT?

If an item you like is sold out, we can notify you if we restock the item. Be sure to click on the ‘Sold out - notify me when available’ button and enter your email address. You will receive an email if we restock the item.

WHAT TYPE OF METAL ARE YOUR RINGS MADE OF?

Billie Jo rings are made with 925 sterling silver. 

Pure silver is extremely soft and if worn, would bend or break. Quality sterling silver jewellery is traditionally made with 92.5% silver, combined with one or more additional metals to add strength.
