We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Mon–Fri). If you’ve ordered something personalised, allow up to 3 business days.

During busy times (like big sales), dispatch might take a little longer. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order’s on the move, just give it 24 hours to update in the system.

Heads up: We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes outside Australia.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Please note: all customs charges, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the receiver. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Billie Jo is not liable for any international customs or import charges. We also don’t offer refunds if you choose not to pay these fees once your order arrives.

If you’re unsure what charges may apply, it’s best to check with your local customs office before placing your order.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

When crediting an item, Billie Jo Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs/taxes and the Protection fee are not included. When replacing an item, Billie Jo Shipping Protection covers the subtotal of the order, the Protection fee for the replacement and shipping costs.

CLAIM REQUIREMENTS & TIMEFRAMES

Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the courier, where the status is not “delivered” must be filed no sooner than 10 days after the last checkpoint for domestic shipments (and 10 days for international shipments, but not later than 30 days from the last checkpoint).

Claims for packages marked by the courier as “delivered” must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by the courier as delivered.

RETURN TO SENDER

Sometimes couriers cannot deliver the customer’s package due to the customer providing an invalid or undeliverable address or refusing a delivery. At this point, the courier will usually return the package to Billie Jo. The customer’s package is not actually lost, thus Billie Jo Shipping Protection does not cover this.

Billie Jo Shipping Protection covers the customer’s order if the package gets lost in transit back to us. Claim Reporting timeframes apply.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the customer inputs the correct address at checkout and the package is delivered to the wrong address, this is considered lost, and we will replace the order on behalf of the customer. As this is an error by the courier, a claim will need to be raised with the courier by the customer.

If the customer inputs the wrong address at the time of order, Billie Jo Shipping Protection will not cover this.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

Billie Jo Shipping Protection will not cover a customer’s order if it is stuck in international borders/customs.

MISSING PACKAGES

Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered as stolen and must be filed within 5 days of the “delivered” date. This ensures it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.

EXCLUSIONS
  • Billie Jo Shipping Protection will not cover a customer changing their mind about the order/item etc.
  • Billie Jo Shipping Protection does not cover delays in shipping times.
