Returns & Exchanges
Please choose your rings carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you would like to return an item, we offer exchanges or a store credit providing the product is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. Only one exchange is allowed per order. Any item damaged upon return will not be accepted and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
All return enquiries are to be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Any enquires made after this period will not be accepted.
If a purchase is made with a promotional code or discount of more than 15%, we do not accept returns or provide exchanges, unless products are deemed faulty. If a purchase is made with more than 15% discount and you wish to return the item, you may request a store credit to be issued for the value of your purchase. This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts.
Returning an item
If you would like to return an item or request a change of size please follow the below instructions.
Complete the Online Returns Form. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition within 30 days for an exchange or store credit to be issued.
Once your return has been approved you can post your return back to the Billie Jo headquarters. Items must be shipped within the 30 day return period or within 7 days of approval if you are outside the return period. Returns shipped after this timeframe will not be accepted and customers will be liable for return shipping costs. Please do not ship your return prior to approval.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of the return unless you have received the wrong product or there is a manufacturer's fault with your item.
- Once your return has been received by us, your store credit details will be provided or a new item will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days. You will be sent new tracking details via email if applicable.
