Such a good quality ring , all rings ive bought from billie jo are for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them!! definitely a good gift for a loved one :)

I wanted to get a ring for my partner as she had gifted me one from Billy Jo previously. Knew the quality of the piece as I've had my ring for years but this time was so appreciative of how good the customer service was as well.
The original ring I bought was too big and they made the process of exchange so easy and straight forward. They were also very quick to respond to all my communication so I never felt lost in the whole process.
When the replacement ring was received it was perfect!
All in all a fantastic experience all round.

Packaging and quality of the ring was fabulous. I had to return unfortunately as I ordered too small and they returned the new size very promptly, which was great. Very impressed with the service, but my only suggestion would be to have a customer service phone number so you could speak to someone live if you have any questions.. Outside that I would highly recommend this product.

Lovely ring for my son's 21st, he can get it engraved or leave it plain, either way, it's a beautiful keepsake & practical to wear to work as well.
