You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener.
But sometimes we can't be there, thats where Lifeline is incredibly important. Every 30 seconds, a person in Australia reaches out to Lifeline for help. For every ‘Bee There’ ring sold, 20% of the profits are donated directly to Lifeline to help support their mission that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone.
